Production Project Manager – Lead projects from order to delivery at the forefront of technology

As a project manager at Syntronic, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for exciting customer assignments within electronics that span both development and production. You will be a key person in driving projects forward and leading the team towards common goals – all the way to a finished product or service that we can be proud of.

Our production company, Syntronic Production Services, is growing and is now looking for project managers who want to take overall responsibility for customer projects – from order to delivery. With us, you will work closely with both customers and production, with support from, for example, production engineers, planners, purchasers, and other specialists.

Your role

As a production project manager in electronics, you are responsible for driving and coordinating customer projects within electronics production. You are the hub of the project and are responsible for:

• Planning, monitoring, and delivering projects according to time, cost, and quality

• Contact with customers and other stakeholders to communicate the project's status

• Leading projects in close collaboration with colleagues in technology, production, purchasing, and logistics, to deliver the right quality, with precision and on time to the customer.

• Ensuring that the project meets customer requirements, internal processes, and regulatory standards

• Proactively managing changes, risks, and deviations

• Contributing to sales and quotation work for new projects

We are looking for someone who

• Has technical understanding, preferably within electronics production or similar

• Is educated as a bachelor’s or master’s engineer, or has equivalent experience

• Has experience in project management within industry, production, or technology

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English

• Has a strong goal focus, a communicative ability that engages both the team and our customers, and a natural structure in your working method.
